Contact form
In the form you give your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, and your message. We use them only to answer you and, where relevant, to make an offer (EU 2016/679 art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). The form is handled by Netlify, Inc. (USA) as our processor. The transfer is based on its data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. The message is delivered to Crestia's Microsoft 365 email. Form messages are deleted from Netlify within 12 months. Further correspondence is kept as long as the customer relationship or Finnish accounting law requires.
Visitor statistics
The site sets no cookies on your device and uses no third-party analytics services. When you open a page, your browser sends an event to our server: the page path, the source of the visit (the referring site's domain and the link's source parameter), and whether you click through to Geofore or Enplan. From network and browser information the server derives a pseudonymous usage identifier with a random key, without storing the IP address. The same identifier is used across Crestia's services (crestia.fi, geofore.fi and enplan.fi) so that we understand repeat use and movement between the services. Detailed events are kept for at most 12 months. Aggregate statistics from which no individual visitor can be identified may be kept longer. The data stays in Finland on our own server, and we do not pass it on. The legal basis is legitimate interest: developing our services (art. 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can object to the processing. Contact contact@crestia.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
